Can I get a demo before starting the trial?

Do staff members need training to use the app?

No additional training is required. The Scouts is designed to be convenient and simple. The staff can learn to use the app within minutes.

Can staff clock in/out when they are not on-site?

No, the staff can only clock in/out when they are on site. This ensures that the data is always accurate and no scheduled site is skipped.

How many users can I add?

You can add as many users as you like, we charge you based on a number of active users for our standard plan.

How do I switch to a different price plan?

Select your new plan in your accounts’ billing settings. The plan change will take effect from the first of the current month. We will bill you on the new plan in the next billing run at the end of the month.

What hardware is required to run the software?

To use The Scouts all you need is a smartphone (Android or iOS) or a PC/laptop. It runs on all operating systems.
